Noah supports Decisive Point’s advisory practice in Washington, D.C., providing government contracting strategies to emerging dual-use startups at the nexus of national security, defense, and innovation. Previously, he worked as a Program Manager on behalf of Federal Systems Integrators, assisting in vendor negotiations and capture plans. He leverages this experience to help develop federal acquisitions and contract capture strategies for Decisive Point’s portfolio companies, helping critical technologies progress from research and development to procurement. Concurrently, he is pursuing a MA at American University in Transnational Security and International Trade. Noah holds a degree in communications from Boston College.
