Matt is a Partner at Decisive Point, where he focuses on venture investment and advisory work with early-stage companies advancing technologies that matter. Prior to joining Decisive Point, Matt served for two decades in the U.S. Army Special Forces, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions during combat operations in Afghanistan and has since focused his career on supporting entrepreneurs who solve complex national security problems. Matt earned his MBA from Texas A&M University and holds a B.S. from Angelo State University.
